Woman in mini-van runs red light because her busy day is more important than the man turning with the Green Light. This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of crime - red light runners, jay walkers, vermin that don't use there turn signals. The accumulated filth of all their crimes will foam up about their waists and all the citizens and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll whisper "No."
